The Cove at ConsciousHR is a cozy, intentional coworking space and small business incubator in Syracuse, NY, perfect for freelancers, entrepreneurs, HR & people leaders, small teams, and creatives who want to work with purpose. With drop-in seats, private office rentals, and an on-site podcast studio, we’re redefining what coworking in Syracuse can look like.

💻 Coworking Memberships & Open Seating

We cap open seating so you actually have space to breathe (and focus). Choose your level of commitment—we’ve got you.

Daily Drop-Ins: $15 for a seat, coffee, tea, & snacks

Membership: $85 for all open days / month
Mondays & Tuesdays 9am - 5pm

Unlimited: $200 for all days / month
You’ll get your own entry code.

A conference room for strategy sessions, team meetings, or masterminds for up to 12.

  • $100 half-day (4 hours)

    Includes TV, whiteboard, and video call gear.

Your ideas deserve airtime. Your vibe deserves a chill spot to record them.

  • $35/hour DIY (BYO SD card and laptop)

  • 🔥 Monthly Podcaster Plan: $120/month for 5 hours
